1 oz. Pale Amethyst - 1 bar
ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES

• Wire cutters
Project Instructions
- Getting Started:
Start with clean hands, unwrap and knead clay until soft and smooth, or condition by running clay though a Pasta Machine. We recommend using a designated machine for clay purposes only. When working with multiple colors, clean hands with soap and water or baby wipes (we have found that baby wipes work best) before switching colors. Shape clay, pressing pieces firmly together. Wash hands after use.
- Baking:
Sheet Mint Green through the pasta machine on the thickest setting. Cut out two 1.75” circles and five 1.5” circles of Mint Green. Sheet Igloo through the pasta machine on the thickest setting. Cut out a 1.5” circle from the Igloo.
Pile two of the 1.5” Mint Green circles on each of the 1.75” Mint Green circles. These will be the cookie shells. Mix the remaining 1.5” Mint Green circle with the Igloo circle to make a lighter Mint Green color. Press this lighter color into the 1.5” circle cutter to make the macaroon filling.
Smooth and dome the two layers of smaller circles on top of the slightly larger circles.
Stack the sandwich cookie up as shown with the lighter filling in the middle. The middle should have the larger circles butted up next to it on either side.
Prick the edges of the larger circle that is sticking out past the top shell with the 2mm Ball Tool
Prick the edges of the larger circle that is sticking out past the bottom shell with the 2mm Ball Tool.
Repeat Steps 2-7 to create an Apricot macaroon just like the Mint Green one. When the Apricot Macaroon is complete, press it gently into place on top of the Mint Green Macaroon.
Repeat Steps 2-7 to create a Pale Amethyst macaroon just like the other two. Place the Pale Amethyst macaroon on the top.
Wrap two loops in the wire around the Acrylic Clay Roller.
Compare the height of the wire to the height of the macaroon tower. If the wire is too tall, trim it with the wire cutters. Push the straight end of the wire gently down through all three macaroons. Bake the tower following the baking instructions for Premo. Allow to cool completely before handling.
