The top row of the large photo contains the 3 colors that I'm mixing with the featured color on the far right. The bottom 3 colors are the colors mixes created by mixing the color directly above with equal portions (1:1) of the featured color. I have decided that I quite like this new Sculpey Premo™ Coastal Pearl color - it has cool attitude. It adds a cool shimmer to all of these mix colors with the most dramatic version being the Mustard Yellow 1:1 mix. I love it! It's kind of an ochered Antique Gold color, right? And I love the team of Copper, Coastal Pearl and their 1:1 mix - GREAT bracelet colors.... I can't go without noting how the Peacock Pearl 1:1 mix is a lovely LIGHTER version of the Peacock Pearl with a little cool sparkle to it!
Did I play after mixing? Of course! I love the Coastal Pearl on it's own in the first earring pair. I added just a hint of gold after baking.
I mixed the Copper and the Copper mix with the Coastal Pearl for for the middle earrings in a quick marble, topped with Coastal Pearl half circles Then of course I had to do a Mokume Gane with the Coastal Pearl and Copper and I mounted my favorite slices on Premo™ Bronze for the last pair of earrings.
